InvestifyCRM explains the FirmOS workspace as it exists today: tenant-scoped records for people, files, catalogues, and outbound notices.
An inquiry is more than a name. FirmOS stores contact, location, and credit context so a relationship manager can decide whether to visit, convert, or decline.
Once an inquiry is accepted, it becomes a customer with a profile that mirrors lead KYC, plus bank details and a password-protected customer record for ongoing work.
Credit, identity, and household fields carried forward from the lead.
Accounts attached to the customer and to individual processes.
Every process, reminder, visit, and follow-up stays on the same person.
FirmOS treats products as process types and process lists — the actual work your firm sells — not as generic deal stages.
| Layer | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Process types | The families of work: home loan, company incorporation, GST, and similar desks. |
| Process lists | Named products with company, salary band, interest range, collateral flags, and job criteria. |
| Process documents | The checklist of papers required before a file can be marked documentation-complete. |
| Live processes | A customer assigned to a list, with inquiry status, completeness, income, and expense. |
Loan and registration work still happens on the ground. FirmOS keeps that trail next to the file, not in a separate notebook.
Date, status, and response text against a lead or a customer so the next caller knows what was already said.
Address, date, reason, and status for site meetings, document pickup, or disbursement checks.
Schedules are first-class records. Each one can carry a regarding line and an amount, then go out through the channels the firm has tested.
A catalogue of institutions and a registered-company queue with approval status.
Employees, company employee lists, and a lawyer directory with city and reference.
Money in and out recorded against a process, not as a disconnected ledger.
Users, profiles, and notification settings inside a tenant-safe FirmOS admin.
Tenancy, APIs, and reminder channels are documented on the platform page.
