Platform

One tenant, one catalogue, one reminder spine.

InvestifyCRM is the front page. FirmOS is the workspace: an authenticated CRM with scoped records, admin catalogues, and outbound channels you can test before they go live.

Workspace

Tenant-scoped data

Leads, customers, processes, visits, and reminders belong to the signed-in firm. Lists are not a shared pool across tenants.

Admin

Catalogues you control

Users, companies, registered companies, process types, process lists, and required documents live in FirmOS Admin.

Channels

Email and WhatsApp

Notification settings include test sends so a desk can prove the path before a reminder schedule fires.

How a file is assembled

Nothing important sits in a side spreadsheet. The objects below are the ones the CRM already stores.

  1. Lead
    Identity, KYC, credit flags, location.
  2. Follow-up / visit
    Dated engagement against that person.
  3. Customer + profile + bank
    Accepted relationship with payment rails.
  4. Process
Tied to a process list, documents, inquiry, and completeness.
  5. Reminder schedule + log
Regarding, amount, date, and the channel that sent it.

FirmOS Admin

The web console for the firm: dashboard counts for users, companies, and registrations; catalogue maintenance; appearance and profile settings.

FirmOS API

A versioned REST surface at /api/v1 for the same objects: leads, customers, processes, visits, reminders, lawyers, employees, income, and expense. Authentication is token-based. Auth endpoints are rate-limited.

InvestifyCRM does not replace the API. It explains it for partners and operators who need to know what the CRM actually contains.

Operating principles

Soft-delete

Core records can be retired without erasing the operational trail.

UUID identity

Business objects carry stable identifiers for integrations and logs.

Test before send

Email and WhatsApp can be proven from notification settings.

Document completeness

A process is not “done” until the checklist says it is.
